Laura and Rebecca will provide an introduction to quantum computing and the challenges and opportunities it presents. Topics will include the current state of quantum technology, its implications for contract law (and licensing), intellectual property, data protection, and how to prepare for and navigate disputes that may arise in this rapidly evolving field. As the session will include an introduction, no prior knowledge of quantum computing is required!
